What's LinkFed?

LinkFed is a federated professional network. We noticed more and more people asking and posting jobs in the fediverse that we decided to create one application for it.

What can I do in LinkFed?

In general you can do whatever you can do in a professional website, we do focus on the networking in LinkFed:

• Create your resume, which can be printed and sent to potential employers.
• Have a public profile with the information on how to contact you.
• Showing off your portfolio (Webpages)
• Follow other people
• Post interesting websites and articles written by yourself.
• Ask for help

LinkFed was created with a more technical proficient persona, but everyone can join! Especially if you're interested in joining an IT company LinkFed could be for you. Depending on the user needs and the problems with see in the future we'll change the website accordingly.

Is it really federated?

Well, at the moment we have the minimum of federation. But we're working on it in the roadmap.

How can I contribute?

LinkFed is Free (as in libre) software, everyone can contribute. Even if you don't know how to code you can tell others about it and help us. If you're interested in donating you can do it here.
